Senior Dinner Cruise

Lakeshore High School was able to bring back two fun traditions this spring ~ After Prom and the Senior Dinner Cruise in Chicago!

Both events had taken a hiatus the past two years due to Covid-19, and fundraising opportunities had been minimal. LEF was able to help bridge the gap in funding for both events. Juniors and Seniors attended After Prom at the High School following Prom festivities at Shadowland Ballroom on April 30th. There were many games, snacks and fun prizes to win. On May 31st, a few days after finishing their last day of school at Lakeshore, the Seniors were excited to celebrate together on a Senior Dinner Cruise on the boat Chicago’s First Lady. They enjoyed catering by Harry Carey’s, dancing, and a beautiful sunset on Lake Michigan.

A wonderful time was had by all. Senior Caroline Beckrow commented “It was a fantastic opportunity to savor our final moments together as Lakeshore students. Many thanks to the LEF for your generous contributions for both After Prom and the Senior Dinner Cruise.”
